SnT require Howard to agree to go to your team. Trades don't.

I assume then that the "convincing" you speak about has to do more with the city and the organization, than bird rights.

You can't get the true max via sign and trade any more. Limited to 4 years with 4.5% raises as opposed to 5 years 7.5% raises.
