too bad every other game is not against bulls atlanta cavaliers knicks and other Eastern tanking teams that served their statpadding purpose for years for lebron

and too bad hes missing the additional 2 allstars teammates that he used to have every single year in the last 8 years lolol

    the king has no clothes

welcome to the hardens world where
1 you play against bloodbath competition
2 no star help.... not a single one

I disagree with all Laker apologists in all clutchfans forums and in the streets of LA.

Lakers with heathy Bron were destined for a 5-8 seed

Sorry the Laker org doesn’t draft, sign free agents, or trade to put themselves in situations to deal with injuries which are part of the game.

you are an apologist as well... injuries are an excuse

    hello logic are you there?!

the health is a part of the game

its a basketball skill not to get injured and stay healthy

you do not stumble into it, you work on it...you develop your health and you watch over it...

I dont quote posts that don’t make any sense. Not making excuses and neither are the Rockets.

Lakers have NOT dealt with their injuries or put their team in the position to deal with injuries.

We have seen 4 starters go down to injury and we have shown that we can deal with it.

    Again, sorry LeBron, sorry Lakers.

    team is poorly built.

We are comparing a 34 year old lerbon james who has has played 55000 minutes to a prime Harden?

Suppose harden had missed 18 games where would the rockets be?

How about a 23 year old Harden who carried Chandler Parsons and Jeremy Lin to the 8th seed?

It's yet to be decided. Harden has a good chance to become the undisputed best player in the league by winning the chip this year. Who knows where it can go from there. I believe he's ready to take that next step so we'll see after it all plays out.

if hes that good why he didnt came to western conference before having that milleage?

btw health is a part of the game.... lebron should have taken a better care of himself and should have come here in his prime so his health wouldn't be shocked by the bloodbath west where you need to play hard every night...he should of conditioned himself better...

You don’t see how I can conclude that when they were in the midst of a 16-8 stretch and had just destroyed GS @ Oracle? Really?

Harden took the Rockets year after year to the playoffs despite facing heavy injuries to the team year after year. But he doesn't get the same recognition as Lebron because he never won a ring and he's been labeled a flopper.

I am a certified Lakers hater. But your last line could describe the Rockets as well. Don't we cry about injuries year after year? Don't we always have to start with "When healthy we are..."

Western Conference finally catching up to Lebron. Like sure he's older and doesnt play defense the same but, he really had some easy coasting seasons in the East there for a while. I am sure its a lot easier to play 100% in playoffs when you only had to average 60% all season.

If harden took papanikola, Tarik Black and nick Johnson to the second seed in 015 he sure as hell would take Kuzma, ingaram and those boys to the playoffs

He also sabotaged the lakers team by attempting to trade all of them for Anthony Davis

Lakers 6-12 without, 24-20 with Lebron James this season.

.545 winning clip gets a 7 or 8 seed in the West.

But LeBron always goes into midseason don't give a f**k mode, even if he technically played every game. In the east his teams could survive it and wait for "playoff LeBron" to steamroll the soft opposition. It isn't as if the Lakers were god awful before he signed, they won 35 games and were showing consistent improvement before they were all forced to be LeBron pawns.

Fact is in the west you have to actually make an effort to carry a mediocre team to the playoffs, you can't just kick back and wait until April.

Lakers as individuals are talented and have the gifts to be really good. The issue is most of them are simply not very smart on the basketball court and play below their potential. Other than lebron you don’t have a complete player to be that second star. Either they can shoot, can defend, or can create shots. No one except lebron can do all three, most can’t do 2 of the 3.
