Injury is highly related to the fitness, age and physical condition of the player, which is also part of the quality of a player. Sam was hurt because he cannot sustain a session long of competition. If Twolves had a healthy Sam, you can agree it is the best team. But, the same argument can be used for: Sac is the best team with a healthy webber Lakers is the best team with a young malone Spurs is the best team with a consistent scorer from Tony Parker If the quality of a player is better, his team may well be the best team.
