If I pay for NBA League Pass, Will Houston be blacked out?

Does anybody have league pass in Austin? Want to just watch online but wondering if it will be blacked out if I do order it.

If you guys have League Pass, you should also have LP Broadband. Go online, download Hotspot Shield and run it before you open up your browsers. It will basically make your IP seem like it's from somewhere else, and you can watch The Rockets.
