Minneapolis has 600 LEOs. ICE has 3,000 agent active in Minneapolis. In a shooting war, I would put money on the LEOs, but there will be heavy casualties on both sides. This would be a no-win war. Trump likely would think a shooting war would make good TV and get great ratings.

People like @ROXRAN believes that his death was justified and supports it. He cheered for ICE to not stop after this murder. Others like @Os Trigonum believe people who thought the Trump administration would attack its own citizens or put up any real threat to enforcement of the Constitution.
From a legal perspective, this is a different scenario to the Renee Good, which was 100% her fault and those on the left who egged her on. In this case, although he intended to cause trouble with a loaded gun, ammo, magazine clips and no ID, he appears to have been disarmed while being restrained by atleast 3 agents. So the only way for the ICE agent to demonstrate probable cause is if the victim was reaching for the officer's weapon. What's odd about it is that the woman antagonizer, when he falls to the ground, the victim appears to be aggressively dragging her. That may be due to a negative reaction after he was maced and not able to see she was not an officer. It's likely the mace caused him to panic and go into fight or flight mode. What I can't see is what he was reaching for moments before he was shot because it appears his own loaded weapon was removed. It would be prudent to describe the nuance of this situation and the difference between the two instances and relieve the ICE officer who fired the first shot of his position. And when the democrats once again talk about being thirsty for blood by weaponizing the legal system - look into how you can charge democrats who use rhetoric that has these protestors pretending they are the gestapo. Because we know they never used it when Obama was President and Homan was hired.
