I think this is the first time that I have no interest in the Finals

I literally had no interest but then had a sliver of hope regarding Lebron.

Basically, JR Smith ruined any hope

Watching JR trying to run the clock out with the game tied and 4.7 seconds left might have been the dumbest play (that actually mattered) ever.

I really can’t think of any one play dumber than that

The Finals matchup is stale. But as an NBA fan, I will watch every game.

Considering I was 8 in 94, the hype of the 1st championship reeled me into sports in general. Before that, it was all about Tiny Toons and Batman bro.

you should really watch. The writers for the NBA have taken the story off the rails this year. so many twists and turns.

But if they made the right calls that would cut into their gambling profits. Money is better than the purity of the game. Said Adam Silver.

I watched the 4th, saw the Durant charge, watched the game get out of hand in OT, and regretted my decision.

Only reason I watched the end of last night's game cause I thought Bron was about to win. And OF COURSE, refs screwed him too. F*** the NBA right now man.

Who you guys even rooting for? It's like a double edge sword.

LeBron losing makes him more likely to leave. But seeing the Warriors win

Me too. I haven't watched any and don't plan to. I hope they both lose.

The viewership of NBA has been going up since Adam Silver took over, so you have to say for non-NBA fans, his marketing strategy of using ref to control the game and create a big city dynasty team worked like a charm.

In all marketing strategies, new customers are always much more valuable than old ones.

Watching the Stros. i will watch NBA Finals only if Lebron and Curry are throwing real-haymakers. Then go back to watching my dog sleep.

I haven’t even seen a highlight of the finals so far. Helps that the only ESPN I’ve watched is when the Astros are on. I intend to keep it that way. Absolutely zero interest in this staged nba finals.
