Since its a kneejerking time I decided I might give it a go as well.
I wonder why i see nobody calling for him to play.
Pls discuss and share your thoughts.

Was saying it all game. You have one of the best defenders in college history (Clark) just sitting on the bench while our defense is getting shredded. I know MDA doesn't like playing rookies....but, it's not like anyone else was playing any type of defense.

It was so embarrassing, smh. I guarantee Clark would've had more impact than Gerald Green and Ennis did yesterday. They got all those minutes and did absolutely nothing.

Don't you know guys. Dantoni made a deal with the devil and he has to live his life according to a specific contract. Clark will not play even if he is all star caliber.

I would play him over MCW. MCW last night was out of control on his drives to the rim and shot some horrible threes.

Aside from the WIDE OPEN airball 3's he almost had to take, I thought MCW played pretty well. He played better than Ennis.

He had a couple drives to the basket where it looked like he was completely out of control and had no way to make the shot. Also him being out there was a liability on offense cuz they just left him wide open and dared him to shoot.

Considering expectations he probably played better than 90% of the team lol

Man, you guys will be the first to turn on Clark if he does get minutes and fails to be a difference-maker.

Lol .... I dunno what people were expecting out of MCW . He looked perfectly serviceable as a backup 2/3

Paul , Clint , Gordon , and James in that order were MUCH bigger problems last night.

MDA said it , our main guys were not ready to play

I definitely want Gary to take MCW's spot in the rotation. We can use a back-up PG more effectively when Brandon Knight comes back...a guard that can't shoot like MCW just doesn't fit into the team's offensive scheme at all.

The only Rockets player with positive plus minus and more than 15 minutes of playing time? MCW at +3

The answer is setting on bench. Just to much. Coach is just to much. He can hit the three, too. If that helps

Gary Clark should start over James Ennis, Gary Clark communicates on defense with a a very loud voice. Gary is a Rookie, but very Intelligent on defense.
Gary has a soft 3 Pt Shot, moves faster laterally, excellent shot blocker at the rim, and at the 3Pt line. Great Rebounder.
Pelicans 54 rebounds, Rockets 36 rebounds

Mike has been bad in not expanding the rotation, developing rookies.
Gregg Popovich developed a lot of Rookies as a Coach, Tim Duncan, Tony Parker playing minutes in the playoffs as a 19 yr old, not sitting on the bench, Manu Ginobili, Kawhi Leonard, Dejounte Murray started as a Rookie and played in the Playoffs.

If a Youth Movement is needed in 2 seasons, No offense to Mike but he can't develop Rookies. Need to find a Head Coach, someone on the Spurs Coaching staff that knows how to develop players.

Bench and role players are fine.

CP3, Beard and Clint did not show up...

Granted, Capela wasn't a rookie when D'Antoni showed up here but he hadn't really played any minutes. It has appeared to me that D'Antoni and his staff have done an excellent job of developing Capela but haven't had any other promising young players to work with. He also joined Phoenix in Stoudemire's sophomore season and did a pretty damned good job developing him too.
