    ... that Jonathan Wells should start.

    Watching the game today, its clear he's running a lot harder than Allen, who seems to have trouble running between his blockers or picking up any extra yards after the initial contact. Wells had a lot of energy out there today.

    And our offense line makes me want to cry. I know they are inexperienced backups, but man...the penalties are frustrating as hell. They had a knack for coming at exactly the worst times.

    Wells is definitely the better runner right now.

    However, the problem is that with the offensive line the way it is, Allen is a lot better blocker, and Carr needs that right now. I think when Boselli comes back, against the Bills (only one more game, then the bye), we'll see Wells start... but until then we need to have the better blocker back there. This offensive line is just too awful.

    That's very true....

    ....though it seems like Carr is getting ready to run for his life right from the snap anyway. I don't know, it just seems like Wells offers more of a threat. Might take some of the focus off our passing game long enough to get something done, regardless of how bad the line is.
