http://sports.yahoo.com/news/lebron-james-freakish-memory-learned-142906225.html "James may have an "eidetic memory" — the closest thing to the mythical photographic memory — according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst. He can remember specific plays from old games in exacting detail. One teammate told Windhorst that you can't use the same football team twice when you play LeBron in the "Madden" video game because he remembers which plays you ran" He was mostly a B student in H.S. though he did seem have the desire and discipline needed to succeed. That said, a lot of leaders/successful persons are actually B students. "He still made the honor roll in his last grading period. He really wanted to do the right things."" http://www.cleveland.com/cavs/index.ssf/2009/12/lebron_flourishes_as_a_student.html
Brian Windhorst's job is to cover LeBron 24/7. To get that kind of access he probably has to write and say things like this every once in a while.
Its true, I watched him in an interview talking about a game and he literally recited like 8 straight sequences from the 3rd quarter off the top of his head. Its weird his memory is weird.
That said, a lot of leaders dropped out of school altogether. Some leaders are straight A students. Others barely get by in school and become leaders once they find their calling. Hate statements like the quoted one, absolutely no relevance to anything. Like a good SAT score guarantee's success in life and a bad one dooms you to failure.
