    If you've ever had back spasms you know how debilitating it can be. Dwight needs a good combination of rest, stretching and massage for the next few weeks to make sure this doesn't linger.

    22/16 isn't bad for a guy with a bad back. Glad he played, we needed him! Hope he's good to go tomorrow as well.
