Now that I think about it, you are exactly right, Doc! God, I love that car!

BTW - What year is your Maxima and is it a SE, GLE, or GXE?

Seeing some of these uber debts don't make me feel so bad anymore. :D I still have around 15k on student loans and about 1.5k on credit card though. Which I will do my damnedest to pay off in a year or so.

I just bought a house for $152,000. I will not even calculate the intrest over the term of the loan as I feel I will hurl over my keyboard. I owe another $10,000 on my Jeep and $0 on Credit cards. Actually I feel pretty good about my debt ratio

So is mine. It's white with an awesome, kickass bose stereo system plus it has a CD player and a cassette player.

Yes, life is good driving this fine machine.

I have a debt of -$15,000. :D (Oh, that is all mine, BTW. No help at all from parents, family, lottery, etc. I pay for everything myself) I graduate before too long. Fortunately or unfortunately, might be looking into getting a ring before too long. Eh, she loves the Rockets and Star Trek. It's worth it. On a side note, anyone have investment advice? :)

About $40K left on mortgage, $60K in various debts now being agressively paid off (no more charging ANYTHING for my wife and I - we haven't charged anything in 6 months) and about $20K left on a home equity loan.

    Total: $120,000
