I won't stop following them or watching but I'm certainly not excited about watching them. They had a couple of bad teams that were at least fun to watch but man. This team is one of the least exciting teams on offense that I have ever seen. It's not even entertaining. I at least enjoyed some of the previous train wrecks, like Rosen Copter. O'brien is supposed to be an offensive genius? Ouch!

Can they just tank and get the Goff kid from Cal?

Forevaaa huh? Sheesh screw this franchise, boycott until we have something to root for. the Astros took 10 yrs and freaking Texans have been 10 yrs plus.

 

God damn this team is pitiful. We don't just give up a first down to end the game we give up a 30 yard pass. I get depressed watching them play, no hope for the future. I love them but I hate them.

 

I'm finally at the point where instead of getting perturbed by them doing stupid stuff on field that I can sit back and laugh at it instead.

The Texans' franchise is one of the biggest jokes in all of major sports really. The organization will never admit it but they have to be feeling pretty low with the other franchises in the city with legit championship aspirations and they are headed for another lost season.

 

But the other owners told Bob McNair that he is "on the right track".

i will, however, criticize the **** because it is ****, unlike some who seem to cheerlead every chance they get and criticize other fans for being 'negative'.

this franchise has offered far more reasons for legit criticism than it has cheerleading.

Regular Season Record (all-time) : 89-123

42%. Average team. Highs. Lows. End of the day..average team.

 

This franchise is riddled with poor drafting, poor FA signings, poor decisions all over the place. The organization has shown they are too slow to react and yet sometimes they knee jerk. We have a roof that opens but doesn't, grass that won't grow, and a decrepit icon that no one will do any thing with sitting right next door. Overall very few things the organization has done right. So few in fact it could be considered luck.

 

That's true. They are on the right track to get the #1 pick.

 

I'll continue to watch the rest of the games, just not live.

I'm hoping the Texans will end up with a top five pick.

 

Just a few days ago, I was laughing at this thread. Now I'm starting to agree with it...

Thank GOD the Astros are playing so far into October. That way, after they win the World Series, I can transition straight to my Rockets.

This season has reached the point where I will watch games strictly for the comedic relief. Reminds me of our other 2-14 seasons.
