How long should a GM get?

In the end, I believe in the strategy/plan Morey has set out for the team (and I am sure Les does too), and regardless of the results, he is doing one hell of a job. If championships were the only measure for the success of a GM, we would only have 4-5 GMs in the league...

What masterpiece? To surround two stars with below average players? In the span of a few days he traded and let go 3 valuable pieces to a pretty successful season and got nothing in return. I guarantee you Greg Poppovich wouldn't allow this to happen.

If he was gonna let Parsons walk this summer, then why didn't he package him for Rondo last February? Personally I like the trio of Harden, Howard and Parsons. The Big 3 of Parker, Ginobili, and Duncan weren't made over 1 season. It takes time for a team to know each other to where its second nature.
