I don't think most people are jumping on the OP for smoking, but rather smoking indoors when told the consequences of doing so by the landlord. Is it that hard to smoke outside?
Some are jumping on him for wasting money. There are plenty of things that could be considered a waste. My tennants smoke in the garage, but I guess I should check on them soon. It's been many months without a peep.
