If you've never had a friend or family member who struggled with schizophrenia or psychosis... yeah. Weird stuff like this happens.
My cousin by marriage has an episode 2 years ago and we found him sleeping in a ditch eating grass and other random stuff. Mental health issues are not a joke
Well one thing is clear..she suffered some sort of psychosis event that ended with her under a bridge. Before she went missing she texted someone saying a man was following her..which i am assuming was imaginary. Drug induced psychosis is real. Question is which one caused it. Perhaps a combo of alcohol plus an antidepressant. Stimulant drugs(amphetamines, methamphetamine, cocaine) Depressants (alcohol, benzodiazepines, mar1juana) Hallucinogens (PCP, LSD, Ketamine, peyote, ecstasy, mushrooms)
My Aunt had a very similar event a few years ago. It was caused by an uncommon but not rare side effect of prescription Prednisone that she was on for an unrelated illness. It made her basically lose her mind for a week before they got the Prednisone out of her system. No other drugs were involved.
