    Do you have a firewall up? That might be a good idea to get that up. If you have XP there's one built into the system that's good enough, or you can download one. Zone Alarm seems to be quite popular.

    Thanks for all the suggestions. I had Ad Aware 5.0 already and just downloaded 6.0. It found 150 items that 5.0 didn't.

    So far, so good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

    In order to use google toolbar you need explorer 5.5 or higher. I checked my version it says 5.00.29etc.... How do I upgrade to 5.5?

    adware 6.0 really found that much more spyware on your comp than 5.0?


    sheesh.. maybe I should upgrade..
