Help please The POA is not being very helpful. I'm trying to locate the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions from the late 1970's for the small community I have property in. Does anyone know how I can find a copy of it? Is it something that can be looked up online or do I need to call someone from the County? Thanks in advance.
What's the subdivision? Does your deed reference the CCR? POA should have them posted somewhere. PM me -- I'll help you track it down.
Thanks for the reply POA claimed to have had it til I asked to see it then it just disappeared and at our last annual meeting they just dodged questions about it from other owners. How do I PM you?
