SEC voters have proven to be rather strategic in other polls, it kmay just give them an excuse to push luck & griffin down to 3rd place.
You don't know who Tyrann Mathieu is and you think Denard Robinson should be a Heisman candidate. Nuff said
Wasnt Honeybadger suspended 2 games for violations??... Pretty impressive he's able to even recieve an invite.... RGIII should win in an landslide.... But they're gonna give it to LUCk to make up for not giving it to Peyton M... Book it!!!
RG3 is going to win this...I don't think it's going to be close. http://www.stiffarmtrophy.com/ Our latest projection Last updated: 12/6/2011, 5:57 a.m. Pacific. 122 ballots, 303 votes. name first second third ballots points Projected Proj% R Griffin 76 16 8 100 268 2380 85.6% A Luck 19 28 19 66 132 1125 40.5% T Richardson 15 20 15 50 100 816 29.3% M Ball 3 11 16 30 47 356 12.8% T Mathieu 2 9 20 31 44 325 11.7%
It's funny how subjective this vote is. Brandon Weeden has all of 4 points. Yet, if their kicker makes a chip shot FG, he's probably in the top 4 right now - despite his performance being no different at all.
Not sure how it could be done more objectively...but I'll say that the fact a QB from Baylor University is leading restores some faith in the whole process for me...I assumed he had no shot at this, merely because he played at a private school that hasn't done jack crap in football for a very long time.
RT @darrenrovell: NOTE CHANGE Huge line move in Heisman odds overnight on Robert Griffin III. Moved from 7-2 to a heavy 1-4 favorite (via @DaveMasonBOL)
RGIII should win this. The guy has dominated as a QB...and really carried his team better than Luck. He deserves the Heisman.
James belongs there over Luck, IMO. Keenum is a 6th year senior in an offense that makes every QB look awesome, and played against terrible competition. Not surprised he didn't make it, though he likely finished 6th or 7th.
Agreed...that ws out of nowhere...would have rather seen Case, but his performance this past Saturday hurt...alot
So Montee Ball has 38 Touchdowns in 14 games and is about to break Barry Sanders record of 39 touchdowns in 11 games, yet for some reason Montee's bowl game TDs count towards his total, whereas Barry Sanders played a 12th game that year on a bowl and scored 5 TDs, yet his do not count. The NCAA is one weird place. DD
