    Damnit. I dropped HBO and now want it back for this. Anyway to watch other than having HBO?

    Never drop HBO, change programming packages and drop all other premiums. But never drop HBO.

    a year ago i tried to drop hbo and they said my bill would decrease by $10, i was grandfathered into some deal i had originally signed up with while with time warner

    Other than the usual sports networks I probably watch HBO more than any other channel. The quality programming on that channel is like no other.

    This is a quality show. HBO hits another home run.

    It's good to see Jeff Daniels get such a great part.

    And it's great to see Olivia Munn at all. Schu-WIIIIIIING!

    Hmmmmm. Good first episode. I guess they needed to get us up to speed but it seemed kind of slow.

    First episode was ok, lots of set up. The fake story and Occupy Wallstreet seem like they'll be the central points of the season.

    They haven't explained it in full yet, I think it might be some sort of libel suit for running a story that ended up being false.

    So, reading the overall plot synopsis of the show on Wikipedia didn't really scream "amazing" to me.

    This show IS good? And Munn isn't just a pretty face to garner young male viewers?

    Yeah it's a great show. And Munn is actually pretty believable as a really smart economist.

    Newsroom is an excellent show.

    With that said the first show this season was ok at best.

    newsroom is a terrible show with nauseating Sorkin stereotypes and writing. Its like a wannabee teenage house of cards in some respects.
