after watching Rafer's performance in the 1st week,. and seeing that although promising but Brooks still makes rookie mistakes and is at least 6 months away from starting.

    What is Francis' status?

i am sure he can shoot better than 25%.

    Then why start it again?

We already have the ten other threads.

Steve Francis is too busy repping socialism in sequins to be worried about basketball.

    Ha! Nice.

Seriously though, why is Steve held in such high regards in this forum? Yet, I do tend to agree that even Von Wafer could come in and shoot better than Alston's 20% from the field...

Morey said that his progress has been very, very slow. He even used the word "flat-lining" I think. My interpretation: this is another Bobby Sura situation. His body isn't recovering, for whatever reason, and we shouldn't expect him to come back this year. It looks like its the end of the road for The Franchise.

My sources say that the Bobcats have interest, but they say that his new sequinned blazer must be a throw in on the deal. Word is Morey is jumping all over it.

    Here comes Gerald Wallace!

Better question is when is Shane coming back. That way Alston can sit while TMac or Ron bring the ball up.

His status is that he has played his last NBA game and we should move on.

I'm not sure. Rafer's coming off an injury and didn't have time to practice and look at him. Now you're expecting FRANCIS to do better?

Francis is stealing one last check from the Rockets before he rides off into the sunset.
Get over it, Francis exited his prime 6 seasons ago.
Im appreciative of what he did for us, but its over, he aint making a comeback.
Do you remember the abuse that guy would take in the paint night in and night out?

if SF isn't coming back then we need to consider trading SF, alston and head for Kirk or gordon

not a die hard steve fan. i just some one experienced that can shoot better than 20% until AB stops turning the ball over.

i do not know anyone else that can shoot at 20s and be a starter

is that too much to ask.
