Because of lux. tax, anybody they sign will suck and will only be signed because they must have a 14 man rooster. A cheapskate owner, and Morey wanting to keep his job is what we have. Tilman said if they are in lux. tax, Rockets must make Western Conference finals or Morey would get fired. So Morey played it safe and no lux. tax and no real hope to win. Astros are starting up. So go Astros. Win it all again. Good night Tilman and your Rockets.

Thabeet is on the Mt. Rushmore of big man scrubs

Memphis could’ve had Harden to pair up with Conley, Randolph, and Gasol...what a fck up

He might be, but he has some tough competition:
Sam Bowie, Greg Oden, Kwame Brown, Anthony Bennett, Darko Milicic are some others that come to mind also

Yeah and my 43.7 PER when playing against my nephews would make me a Hall of Famer if it translated to the NBA.

Hartenstein is going to be draining 3's by the time training camp rolls around and is signed to an excellent contract already. We don't really need another backup C that can't keep up with guards.

Bowie and Oden were skilled or at least useful before injuries.

Bennett, Kwame and Darko are on that list though. Also Stromile Swift.

But I think Thabeet is the only one that can come close to Anthony Bennett.

Speaking of... whatever happened to Andrea Bargnani? [edit: injuries, I see.]

The Rockets have literally won 0 championships without an African player.

    Think on this, Morey!
