Harden - Team high 43 Minutes: Dantoni WTF?

The Rockets frittered away that 15-point cushion so fast, that should have been the perfect opportunity for Harden to get 4 or 5 minutes of rest.

 

No, he wasnt, he was bad. The Thunder got whatever they wanted on him. He was that bad on defense. They went after him, every single time, EVERY single time.

Idk, the only reason I want him in the game is to give a breather to someone...that's it.

There was almost nothing he could have done this game. He had to play Harden and he had to take out Maclemore. Harden just....really he chocked so its whatever. We should be up 3-1 but our late game execution is so SO bad.

You know who i would like to coach this team, Quin Snyder. I love Mike but if this is what happens when our guys get to clutch time then something is wrong man. He's done so well and yet our team just goes flat in the 4th quarter.

 

hmm , ill have to rewatch his defensive possessions sometimes . But i remember him being kinda solid on Cp3 a few times.

Yes Harden was tired but there was zero movement of the ball those last few minutes of the game when the rox were up 1. There was no offball movement either. No screens nothing. Nothing but jacking up 3s and bad passes. I just don’t get it. MDA’s tenure and these rockets of the past 4 years will go down as an enigma and waste if no chip is won.

Dude using a plus minus for one game proves absolutely nothing. He only has that cause Mike was right to pull him when he did.

Rockets had a -53 net rating in the minutes Harden was off the floor last game, that’s why

if Russ is here or EG wasn’t a double agent for OKC, he could rest more

as it is now, Harden is the best player in this series, and his 2nd best player in this series is Jeff Green who has been very good, but that is a sentence no man should ever have to type

 

Gilgeous Alexander 44 minutes in game 4. 165 minutes total for the series. Old “washed up” man CP3 152 total minutes for the series. That’s 1 more than Harden. Donovan WTF?

We seriously complaining about too many minutes in the 4th game of the first round after a 5 month layoff and no travel arrangements? Cry me a river.

 

8 man rotation sucks

 

Too young, load not big enough blah blah. If 2 or 3 minutes this early is gonna make or break Harden maybe he’s not cut out for this. And by this I mean being on Jordan, Kobe, Lebron, Wade etc level. Those guys never complained about being “too tired”. Especially not at age 30. 33 year old LeBron in his last year with Cleveland averaged 42 mpg over the course of 22 real playoff games. Ain’t nobody got time to be tired. Especially not Harden. If he would’ve taken care of business game 4 this wouldn’t even be a topic (excuse).
