Different team, different rules (no hand-checking), different style from today. Plus that team was already Championship-tested.
Apart from the two guys at the top of the ticket and one old guy at the bottom, no one on this team has sniffed the Finals... and now the multiple -Championship GOAT is in the West.
That's why you have to finish at the top of the playoff seeding, especially if you have no (recent) experience winning the Chip.

Maybe if we coached team ball missing Harden wouldnt be such a big deal...

But we dont... we keep driving harden into the ground with isos... while the rest of the team doesnt have a clue what to do other than stand on the perimeter and watch Harden or WB - bc thats all theyve been coached to do...

MDA sucks... the stubborn idiot needs to go...

Shaq and Kobe Lakers coasted half the time... it only bit them when they tried to coast with Malone and Payton

I'm starting to think Hartenstein got blackballed by MDA for something behind the scenes.

Reminds me when Rick Adelman blackballed Von Wafer after his (on the court) outburst against Rick.

It's obvious. MDA himself has said that '[iHart] has very little rope' when referring to iHart's playing time.

It's something behind the scenes, and it sucks.

So... why was that not clear path for Rivers?

    Ingles is a flopper.

Gobert was not hit in the balls.

You mean when Gordon had no defender parallel or in front of him and was fouled from behind going up for a shot?

Looking for an answer, not a "why would it be" response.

you can chase a block and if you foul him going for the ball at the rim so be it. thats a legal play.

rivers established position infront of the mitchell just now and mitchel just grabbed him from behind not going for the ball. that's clear path

So as long as you make a play on the ball from behind it won't be called clear path? Hmm, never knew. Better response, thumbs up.

as long the offensive player establishes position infront of the defender, it keeps the defender from committing cheap fouls to stop a play. well it hasn't exactly stopped it. it reduced it.

college games/league games that play by college rules dont use this rule. so it's a loophole to stop a fast break and reset your defense fyi. thats what the nba wanted to eliminate w/ this rule
