This is how I feel. I have more faith in the role players showing up and playing well than I do Harden tonight. I want to believe in Harden. The team will need him to make a huge impact without Paul.

there's always a first time. Hehe. And if not him there's Capela Ego Tucker and Ariza who could step up. Maybe MDA in-game adjustments will save us. All are more than capable.

Whenever there is talks about a game that is "career defining" or "legacy game", I've just never really seen James Harden play like everybody expected him to. IMO i dont think he really needs a HUGE game, just play defense, hit timely shots, find your teammates, and most importantly DONT TURN THE BALL OVER. I just want him to play with energy and play smart. If he can do that we'd be in pretty good shape.

True. And i dont think making him go bonkers is the right strategy anyways. Warriors likes an offensive match. They kinda thrive on that. They dont wanna be outshoot. So if we turn this into a shooting match we will be playing on the hands of GSW. Just make timely basket. Keep it close and tighten on the defense.

This won't be on James to have a monster scoring game, he needs to play smart tonight. One man will not beat G St, it will take a collective team effort. Gordon, Capela, Green, Ariza, Iso Joe, whomever plays has to be focused while they are in there. Defense, once again, will prove to be the difference. G st will be playing hard and fast, we will have to keep up early and not get down by too much. Stay close and put the pressure on them.

It won't be close if James doesnt score and put up an mvp type of performance.

James didn’t even play bad last game his shot was just off. He managed to put up 20.

Aslong as he and the others keep bringing the defense the offense will come

I admit I'm afraid Harden goes 110% hero ball and Warriors anticipate this and totally key on Harden and it's a bad bad game for us. Which is a reverse jinx!

Harden has two arrows in his quiver and only needs one to hit the target. With less pressure, maybe he'll play more freely on offense and light up the scoreboard.
