The Spers are going nuts on the Lakers tonight...cruisin' by 20+ pretty much the entire game. If they can keep that intensity they are easily NBA champs this year. They've got all of the goods (unfortunately)...they are relatively young, they are deep and coached well. 15 threes and counting with less than 40 seconds left. Amazing night for the Spers.

I really dont understand teams pay millions of dollars to bid scrub players. Why dont they bid the scouts? Parker Gino Stephen Jackson Dee Brown Udrih Scola All young and athletic and not yet peak. And Spurs has been TITLE contenders like last 6 years (i.e low draft picks)? Rockets has been PLAYOFFS contenders and our role players are all like 35 years old.
it helps to tank the season to get Duncan and then have Robinson back all healthy. but it helps even more that your head coach/GM have a lot of international scouts/connections as well. and of course, other than Malik Rose's contract, they aren't hampered by ridiculous mo-taylor-moochie-norris type of contracts
Oh I hate the Spers more then I love the Rockets. If I ever go to heaven and God gave me one wish, I would tell him/her to cancel the two Spers championship!!! Nuggets4, Jazz fans are just stupid. I have yet to meet a die-hard Spurs fan, but listening to Sean Elliot babble on about Manu and Tony is sickening. You would swear he has a hard-on everytime he commentates about them or something by the way he gushes...
maybe because he helped them win a championship and he's doing color commentary for their basketball station? it's like van chancellor and his hard-on for anything...even air.
