so you finally realized the grizz are really bad? howbout the rockets, they ain't that good right? @what should they do?
The only thing of value on the Grizz is Jaymychal Green. It's not even close at this point. They're not using him the right way, but if he were in our system or elsewhere, he would be discusssed much more often. I'm a fan. The Grizz are pretty much done. It's a wrap. Once you get rid of ZBo and your core that kept the grit legacy going, the team lost its vision. Marc Gasol is their franchise player, but I'm in the minority in terms of believing in him. I see him as a slow, yet strong, center who can rebound and shoot a little bit, but he isn't a game-changer. He doesn't have the skill set of his brother, Pau, and because he hasn't won anything in the NBA yet, he pushed Fiz out of there. Allegedly, he claimed Fiz would not give Marc the control he needed to lead the team back to relevancy. I think it's more that Marc is overrated and likely to continue to suffer injuries. I know Morey offered him dough before they matched, but I'm so glad he's not on the Rockets, slowing the game down and complaining every time an official talks to him. (Obviously, not a fan). Mike Conley---you really want this guy to do well because he is a great individual off of the court, but again, the chronic injuries, along with the bad combo of back court suppot has not been kind to his career. His contract is nice for his lifestyle, but does his play warrant that money? I don't believe so. Mike Conley will only have a strong finish to his career if he leaves Memphis and Gasol. Chandler Parsons---The one we thought could have been out GQ, more talented version of Detlef Shrepmph. Again, he backfires his career and signs with an aging Dirk, a broken Wes Matthews and a desperate man named Mark Cuban. That didn't pan out, so he took MORE money and took his "talnts" to Memphis. For 20 + million a year, I'd expect more than 9ppg. CJ McCollum is absolutely right, as his Stephen Jackson. It's time to blow Memphis up, but I have no intel or idea on who would go where. Personally, I just want no part of anything on that team except for J. Green and Ty Evans (yeah, he can still play if the right coach is around). *Disclaimer: I'm still a JB supporter. He did a hell of a job with our roster after Morey emptied the trash bag from Boston. /Rant Night
What is wrong with the idea that The Rockets are not playing any team differently; The Rockets play every team according to a Game plan based on many factors that inevitably change based on many other factors. They are not going to just roll over to anyone.
some thoughts on the tank http://www.blogtalkradio.com/grizzl...-drama-what-should-a-grizzlies-tank-look-like
Rockets have the best record in the NBA. 16 game win streak. Grizzlies have the worst record in the NBA. 14 game losing streak.
