OP is not a pure fan
    Disrepects Clutch City
Based on join date and analysis of all his posts, he's LOF pretending to be a militant Harden only fan

    FYI

If you did analysis of my posts, you'd see my superior basketball knowledge. I never thought Jeremy Lin is anything more than a good bench player.

I joined couple weeks after Harden was traded to the Rockets, Lin was signed in July. Your theory is awful.

I would say Hakeem's season. Overall I think that may be about the best 3 season run or so than any NBA player in history. He was so ridiculously good on defense along with great offense.

He shut down an MVP. Shut down other great centers those 3 years. Would beat the Bulls in the regular season.

I'm still going to take Hakeem due to his defense, and the way he got his points, and the quality of his opponents at his position. There was no question about the effect of the system he was in, or having another start front-court player, he was just that good. He was the full package on both ends of the floor. The ultimate foundational player for any roster.

(No disrespect to Moses, I just don't know anything about the league in 1981.)

Why is everything on J-Lin's blame?

"Dream had a weaker supporting cast that year."

But seriously, can't ignore the defense when you list stats...

Regular season wise, this is the best season ever. If Harden put averages 35 and 10 in the playoffs and wins a championship over the best team ever assembled, it will surpass the clutchcity teams.

we don't need 35-10, we need the champion.

Win shares doesn't exactly measure defense very well

Limit it to offense and you might have a case

Dream did lead the league in Defensive Win Shares and DBPM three or four times if I recall.

I think dream is the most complete player on both ends of the floor. But I don't see the need to make this comparison.

May be blasphemous, but if we do upset the warriorshis year and Harden is the reason I’ll tip my hat to him as the greatest rocket ever.

I also think this thunder team is the greatest nba team ever assembled

As a team, easily. Individually, no.

Because he was a glorified role player but according to his ultra annoying and quiet frankly mentally deranged fanbase he was some star held back by then nba in a deceptive conspiracy.
