hi i have not seen him play a lot with indiana this season, but i watched some of his games with Tel Aviv in the Euroleague, in 2004 and 2005. And if i remember well, he's far from being speedy and athletic , two things we need from our backcourt, no ?? that said, he's a hell of a shooter, and he's a winner.
I have balls, can I play? Being a "gunner with balls" doesn't make you a good point guard, and Rafer had some really good games when he was playing with Tmac and Yao, I'd hate to see us give up on him for a gunner with balls.

he kicked team USA's butt in the Olympics ... havent seen him play in the NBA though. We should get him if the price is right...
hes ok, decent, not a starting pg for a team lookin to win it all, and as far as i can remmber his shot was pretttty bad the 2nd half of the season
he's pretty good but i would only bring him in for these reasons... #1....His girl Linor Abargil, former Miss World #2...An ex whose name I do not know #3 another ex, becky griffin #4 another ex, lihi alon he would provide outside shooting and eye candy for the camera on FSN or a better idea...lets somehow aquire J Kidd so we can see joumana and his big headed kidd who has a thicker mustache than i do if you need a reminder:
