In cases where cybercriminals are located in the US or in allied nations, we can still use normal law enforcement assuming we can determine their identities. But, there are some hackers who work for or at the behest of enemy nations and are protected from American reprisals by their patrons. I think we should consider and respond to these hacks like an attack from an enemy. If it's state-sponsored, the state has attacked and hitting back is appropriate. In this case, it sounds like a criminal gang that is not state-sponsored but neither are they being pursued by their hosts. If we can identify them and the host country refuses to do anything about them, going after them ourselves is not unlike chasing Osama bin Laden back to Pakistan. But, we can probably dispense with kidnapping brown hackers, holding them without trial and torturing them for information about future hacks.

What I don't get is why would Bradley turn on Wade..........what a weird dynamic, but you can't discount the shenanigans that trump and team will do to smear their enemy

He didn't turn on Wade. He claimed privilege and then tried everything to not testify at all against him. Didn't recall, speculating, etc etc.

Wade threw him under the bus and brought up all sorts of sexual assault stuff.

What the hell does "Trumpian lawyer" mean? Ashleigh Merchant's client is Mike Roman

I guess each side thinks this ruling is a shot in the arm. The left gets their queen prosecutor while trump fans get an admonished prosecution.

I still feel that even though Willis legally won’t have to step down from the case she still should’ve. She has created an a distraction that is exactly the type of thing the defense was looking for. Something they can point to raise questions about the prosecution.

Whether fair or not the prosecution of a former president has to be carried out with the utmost professionalism. Particularly when the defense will argue it on a political rather than a legal basis.

Seems like a fair result to me.

Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor that Fani Willis appointed, has stepped down. The judge wanted one of the two to step down, so Wade did.

If Willis had stepped down, the whole case would have go back to square one. This would delay the trial minimally a year if not two.

Fair is relative. Trump has attacked Willis and his followers have rewarded Trump with multiple death threats to Willis.

Please post a link showing there was significant voter fraud in those mail-in ballots, because I don't think you can. Didn't Georgia and the Rs who run the state take a hard look at voter fraud and did not find any?

Did all the other Georgia counties do a signature verification?

I think that the Rs only need to check the signatures for black people ... since they are lazy and prone to cheating and not smart enough to know that they should vote for the Rs.
