Finally, a racing "simulator" that doesn't feel like something straight out of an arcade. This thing is damn fun, pretty difficult at times but the following of the game makes it that much better too. I picked up a copy from the Steam Sale at 50% off, great purchase. I don't have all that much time to game anymore, but it was fun to setup my G27 wheel again and race with ~25 other people on some tracks. Yeah, never got into it though. I tried rfactor(?) back in the day. But never felt that I had the time to invest in something like iracing (subscription based yeah?). But the competition aspect is awesome.
I've heard good things about both Assetta Corsa and Project Cars. The new Need for Speed looks like a ****ing arcade game.
