Pretty sure Sansa still has it and never needed to use it in the crypt. Sansa is murder equipped for the first time.
A lot of articles talk about how the show likes to go for the surprise, and that can backfire (wouldn't that be cool as a pun, Drogon "backfires", he does one of those half-yak belches and explodes? but I digress). That's pretty much a giant weak point. Hurtling through these last two seasons, not wanting to give the game away, but being able to say, "It isn't as if she hasn't alluded to this at all, fellers."
oh you posted about the weapon gendry made, which is what i was alluding to that Arya used already. thought you were referring to that
The most frustrating part for me was HBO was willing to go 10 seasons for this show because they understand there is so much more plot and character development to be had but D&D were like "nah, we can rap this b**** up in two shortened seasons".
Well, to their credit, I'm sure some of the cast was making a lot of noise behind the scenes about not wanting to stay chained to the show. I mean, some of them have a lot of opportunities opening up. https://entertainment.theonion.com/game-of-thrones-actors-reveal-reading-script-for-zomb-1834388057
Yes, this was probably a very strong factor. Unfortunate but understandable. I'm assuming Kit's, Sophie's, Waldau's and Emilia's careers are going to sky rocket now. Good for them and they deserve it.
More frustrating than number of seasons is that HBO wanted them to have more episodes in these last two seasons and they said no to that too.
they have been showcasing Arya's archery skills since season 1 and it has not been used. I wouldn't be surprised if that's how she's going to kill the queen. During the last ep when she was being attacked by the dragon, I actually thought that she might go up grab bow and arrow and shoot her. . Too soon hehe.
It means she doesn't have to walk all the way back to Dragonstone. Interesting idea. I still think they will have some assassination for her to do -- either Grey Worm or Dany or the dragon.
You’re totally right. Eyeshot to the dragon. Unless this is their version of clever. See how we had Arya shoot all the arrows and then totally not do anything with it? Misdirection baby.
Makes me want to sell all my guitars. Did they even rehearse that? Probably just busted into it for the first time. Albeit, I do an awesome "Platoon" and "Purple Rain" guitar solo...and some "Braveheart" and "Top Gun". This is next I guess. But, 5 or 6 guitars at once? Bloody brilliant, man. Bloody hell.
The guitar morello was holding is 33K apparently... Might fire up the loop station and my tape echo and have some fun with this
Very cool. Nuno is such a badass. I’d love to have the strat but 35k? Ouch. Apparently Dan was busy practicing guitar instead of writing a story. : )
