tl:dr the longer he stayed at Gainsville, the more chicks he banged at Florida which helped him on his game.

Players in general dislike this though. The Rockets are trying to do their best in giving players extra seasoning if they deem necessary. But players in general feel that if they are worth a 1st round pick, then they should be a big part of the team even when they're clearly not good enough yet. It's odd, because at the NBA level, no coach is going to spend his time babysitting youngsters when their paycheck is based on winning games.

Do you think drafting emotionally mature talent is becoming Morey's modis operandi? Parsons obviously has his head squarely on his shoulders. Motiejunas at 20 was brash, but it was tempered by grace and humor. McHale must certainly appreciate these players attitudes.

For this reason, I think teams like Houston will most benefit from the NBA changing the 'one and done' to 'two and through'

No. Morey drafted babies like Brooks and Morris.

How high of a pick could Parsons be traded for in this draft? Is 9 or 10 too high?

People like him alot but remember, potential is always more valued than a known quantity. My guess is he would be middle to end of first round pick.

Made it sounded like he had a choice. If he would of gone pro early he would of been undrafted. He was a big time recuit that had a hard time finding his nitch until his final season.

why do i believe he will be a better shooter and have improvements all around his game?
he just seems like he is a hard worker.
If battier goes for an 8th pick. He should be worth that in a couple of years, but I don't want him gone/

Worry not, Morey will ride Parson's through the duration of his second round rookie contract.
