We have the deepest pool of quality NBA players in the league right now!

We don't have a top 15 player, but we have a solid starting 5, and the best bench in basketball! Terrence Williams and Flynn are DNP's every night, and still have decent trade value. We have another rookie lottery pick in the minors, and our most talented prospect is still playing overseas!

Oh ya, we also have 2 1st and 2nd round picks in the deepest draft in a decade!

Future looks very bright, we have the peices to make huge noise in the trade market, or really move up in the draft and grab a future star, and still be very very deep!

I'm starting to get a good feeling again about my Rockets! For the first time since TMac and Yao were in there prime.

Many of our bench players trade value is steadily increases. BIG TRADES ARE COMING!!

Lowry: Allstar in my eyes.....Team Leader:cool:

Martin: Top 15 scorer in the world:cool:

Parsons: Scrappy rookie, does the dirty work, good passer, will get better at shooting the rock:cool:

Scola: Could start on about 25 teams in the league, as crafty as they get:cool:

Dalm: proctects the rim, rebounds, top 12 center:cool:

Dragic: He is looking like a future all star/ 6h man of the year talent:cool:

Lee: Great on both ends of the floor, could start for many contenders at the 2:cool:

Bud: On fire of late! Great scoring spark off the bench, playing D lately??

Patterson: Future allstar, looking better than Scola of late:cool:

Hill: Solid young big off the bench:cool:

TWILL and Flyyn: Both have talent and decent trade value:cool:

Marcus Morrus: The wildcard, could end up being the best talent on our squad in a few years:cool:

D Mo: One of the top prospects overseas!! Has the potential to be a star in the NBA!

Tons of draft picks in the deepest draft since 2003!!!

    IN MOREY WE TRUST!!!!

Don't we lose a 1st round pick if we make the playoffs?

Yes, yes we do but i doubt we would really care that much when playoff time comes around. We would loose a late first round pick to the nets. We also get the knicks pick unless they're in the top 5.

Yes, but glass half full........that just means our current players value will rise when big trades happen:cool:

Our talent pool is so deep, we don't even have room for Jeremy Lin.

yes, but we are obligated to give it to them one year or another....and BimaThug makes a case that it might be best to lose it this year, than have to give it up later.

of course, Jeremy Lin is screwing up that theory, somewhat.

All that could change with a trade for a superstar. If a team gives up their superstar they're likely looking to the future with a rebuild, ie after the rockets younger and good players. The Rockets depth would surely get hit.

I like the way we're playing recently, although we are still to be tested with the elite teams, the likes of CHI, MIA and OKC again.

Maybe I just like to worry, but do you think DM will keep both Lowry and Dragic?

No it's more of the same. Just like with politics (Communism<->Fascism), if you knee-jerk hard enough at one end of the spectrum apparently you will soon find yourself at the extreme opposite end.

We are young, deep, are farm system is top notch right now, and from a cap space stand point, we are very flexible for the future.......we are in great shape

It is so sad that he was the 2nd pick in the draft 3 years ago, he is 7 foot 3, 5 percent body fat, good athlete yet the best thing he offers is an expiring contract
