I don't get it get, why is he begging to be traded when he is the one who can't shoot? First fix your shot, then you can ask to be traded. Fultz is instant karma to the Sixers for sacking Hinkie after he did the process which resulted in Simmons, Embiid, and essentially Jimmy Butler (since Saric and maybe Covington (I forgot) were obtained under Hinkie).
This folks is what we lawyers call bullshit speak. He didn’t say Fultz doesn’t want to be traded, only that he hasn’t told anyone he wants to be traded.
Shouldn't it be 6 for 30?? Not sure if I heard correctly, but on one of the talk shows it was suggested there's a rumour floating around about Fultz being in a motorbike accident a while back.
Pretty much an opinion piece quoting that ESPN story, which I remember from recently. Fultz has his injury and shooting issues. If he could shoot three pointers, I'd say the Rockets might be taking a closer look. I think he's be more along the lines of cap space (expiring contracts) and a late first rounder, then moved to a third team in a trade. But are there many teams actually circling around the carrion?
[Wojnarowski] Fultz, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft, has lost the ability to carry out and follow through on long jump shots, and there's been internal and external debate about how much of this perplexing circumstance is physical vs. mental.
If I was in charge of this kid, I'd force him to play in the GLeague and shoot 20+ three pointers a game, until he figures it out. He needs time to figure himself out again.
He needs to see a reputed shot doctor first and rework his entire shot before you let him loose on the court. As is he is gonna do his goofy basketball shuffle every time he takes a shot.
