    I am sad to know Francis has left but I really appreciate his efforts especially last season against the Suns. I wish him all the best and hopefully he can play on court soon.

    We may not know what happened behind closed doors and practices, but the way Francis conducted himself in yesterday's interviews showed growth, maturity, and class.

    It was also good to see YM showing his support at Francis' charity event yesterday.

    Should Houston fans expect the next personnel announcement New Year's eve?
