[FOXSPORTS] 'Malone Majorly Overrated'

The best Utah teams were the two Finals teams. I believe they got a serious scare the first time too, almost losing to Sac in the first round. Maybe they just took a while to get warmed up those two years. They were a team that actually benefitted from playing every day, getting into a rhythm. It's possible they started out rusty both times. But those two teams were definitely the best. 64 and 62 wins, or something like that. Definitely Malone's best years as well. 2nd-best PF ever, after Duncan.

 

It's not the first time that this jerk, Charley 'Hater' Rosen, wrote some ridiculous articles. What about that McGreedy thing, what about Shaq dominating Yao when Yao outplayed him? This guy's whine is getting pretty old.

 

don't care for the jazzman, but i will say this: i always laughed when the sportscasters would point out how good derrick coleman was except that he was always 'injured' when the mailman came to town. the guy was the enemy, but a first ballot HOF for sure.

 

Rosen's main point was that Karl was always a choker, and I don't think anyone can deny that, honesty.

 

Does anybody else think Malone was a likely candidate for steroid use? He too had humongous muscle growth coupled with Bonds-ian longevity as well as the fact that he was never, ever injured.

I know they test for it, but tests are pretty easily beaten, or so I've read.

 

If Marlone is overrated, what can you say about Lebron?

The dude has not even seen a playoff series and yet is regarded as likely the best player in the history of basketball.
