I thought Fister had some decent games with the red sox last season, surprised to see them let him walk...

Nottingham looks like he trimmed up. He was a little hefty from what I remember. Jordan Schafer is still around, love it. Brett Philips has been a fat bust am I right? That guy has been a prospect forever. Is Jimmy Peredes still kickin' it around? I always thought he had big upside.

Phillips has definitely not been a bust. He had a great year last year, dominating AAA and posting 1.0 fWAR and 104wRC+ in 37 big league games last season. With the additions Milwaukee made it will be tough for him to get big league time at the beginning of this season, but he is still a very good prospect. If Milwaukee wanted to trade him back to Houston for Derek Fisher I’d consider it.

Moran just hit a granny. Rooting for him and all the former Stros in the Cole trade.

Preston Tucker has been going off. Just hit a 3 run bombs vs Scherzer. Good for him! He may find some success in ATL hitting behind Freddie

That's awesome, I have always rooted for Preston Tucker, just wish he was a little better defensively

Preston Tucker is a major league hitter, I've never wavered from that feeling.

But's he's never gonna be an elite slugger, and his defense is non playable. If he is in your outfield he is gonna give back a lot of what he gets for you.

Did the Astros-Braves ever decide on the PTBNL (or how much cash consideration) for Tucker?
