    NOT the candy... the Mexican tamales. :grin:

    At 10:45 in the morning, Tamales are good with some coffee and a little bit of salsa picante. The spice sort of comes out to make your tongue feel the heat of the coffee a bit more.

    These were Mexican corn-stalk guisado de puerco tamales. They had an extra kick.

    FYI.
    WTH are "ghost" peppers? :confused: Joto.

    ghost peppers are apparently one of the hottest, if not the hottest, pepper on the planet.

    Sure, call them whatever you want ^ ... I've heard of HOT and I've heard of ATOMIC peppers... but, what would I (a Mexican) call them if I want to buy them at FIESTA? :confused:

    Anybody knew where I can buy some GOOD tamales....love pork and like them spicy (but still like to taste my food). Thanks in adavance.
