Wait, he's not supposed to negotiate with Iraq before Obama gets in there, apparently. Now he's supposed to be doing something, not sure what, but something so we know he's around during this crisis I guess. I imagine he's probably not allowed to do anything that would turn out positive though, that might steal Obama's thunder. Maybe you should tell us when he is and isn't allowed to work.
