Fight erupts between Houston and New Orleans area students

i'm just surprised that it's a national story. not surprised it was a big story locally.

 

I think this particular incident is more about teenagers acting like stupid teenagers but I think you're right that sooner or later there tensions will rise. A lot of posts here even on Clutchfans when they first started moving evacuees to the Dome were from people who were concerned about increasing crime, diseases and other social ills so its almost too be expected that there will be tensions once all of the good feeling wears off.

Unfortunately refugees everywhere go through this sort of thing and why it really sucks to be a refugee even if you are being relocated to somewhere with a better standard of living.
