Foster refereeing at work. That was a France foul 18 yards from goal.

Nobody in this world cup has been able to stop Hazard except for fouls and refs.

If Belgium loses, this could be it for that golden age. Their main stars are not young.

You can always count on Belgium to disappoint you.

England should cakewalk over Croatia. I would favor Croatia to win but fatigue is going to be a factor for them which will show up in second half IMO.

If fatigue was not a factor I would have favored Croatia since they actually have a midfield.

    Wow...

At the start of the world cup, I didn't think France would even make it to the quarter finals, but they have shocked everyone by beating Argentina, Uruguay, and now Belgium.

    Impressive.

Some of the best offensive players in the tournament and all we get is a lame 1-0 from a corner. Pretty disappointing. Feel bad for Belgium, not sure if this generation will see the semis again.

The agony of defeat in a WC is incomparable to any sport I've seen. I think this is due, partly, to mere physical exhaustion and love of country. I mean you literally give your all on the field till you can't walk anymore.

It will never happen, but they should do WC every 3 years.

Smh Lukaku didn’t win one ball and De Bruyne was ass.

Congrats to France, they are definitely the most talented team in the WC, they can win this one and the next with their age.

Refs are awful. Officially hate those b****ing, time delaying, unfair sons of guns. French douches.

Dont cut the rest of my post explaining why...

I already said if fatigue wasn't a factor I would pick Croatia over England because of their midfield.

But fatigue will most probably be a factor.

They beat the hell out of him the last 15 mins or so. Ref decided to swallow his whistle.

Poor officiating at the end, especially on Hazard, but Belgium was out of sorts for the entire second half. They had their chances in the first, but France really neutered Lukaku.

The time-wasting by France at the end was gross. This is where I wish refs were super strict and added every single second of that nonsense to stoppage time.
