ones I didn't see mentioned: Marine Boy Super Chicken Bat Fink the cartoons on The Banana Splits -- Arabian Nights, Three Musketeers....
Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I liked a lot of the cartoons Nick showed on Nick Jr. too like Noozles, David the Gnome, The Adventures of the Little Koala, etc.
underrated cartoon. I used to watch in high school, arsenio hall did the black guy's voice. nothing beats old looney toons, overture, curtains lights this is it, we'll hit the heights and ohhhh what heights we'll hit on with the show this is it and then from more of my generation voltron and transformers, and thundercats. i'm glad no one said he man, i hated he man. woody woodpecker was a trouble maker, he wasn't cool like bugs, or even droopy. god, i hate kids today have no idea who i'm referring to.
the 60s woody woodpecker, which i've only seen recently thanks to youtube, was annoying. the 80s version was fun.
Ummm...Heckle and Jeckle wasn't exactly "politically correct." There's a reason it hasn't been on TV in decades.

Looking back on it, Freakazoid is a lot funnier now than when I was ten. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/bpjXFF0zIJY&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/bpjXFF0zIJY&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
It probably has more to do with how they f'd with folks (not necessarily their PC-ness). Like many cartoons of that era (46-66), there are racial undertones to many of the characters and gags.
