Broussard throwing crap against the wall. Cyber already gave us the list of which back up bigs we are looking into.
Ready to roll with this lineup: 1 - Terry / Johnson 2 - Harden 3 - Ariza / Dekker 4 - Smith / Jones / Motiejunas / Boozer / Scola / Williams / Harrell / Hamilton 5 - Howard / Capela
That Morey reportedly has interest in a vet minimum veteran free agent at a position we have loads of depth is very interesting to me. We know he is always actively discussing trade possibilities - he's clearly considering his options in case he has to let Josh Smith walk and trade away our young power forwards to make room for a guy like Aldridge or another marquee free agent or high dollar trade target. Really interesting. That said, if we're looking for veteran power forward depth, I'd much rather Scola. He's a Rocket; Boozer is a Jazzhole.
All your PFs belong to us  I'd take Boozer on the cheap. He can score, but he obviously trying to get paid so pass
I'm assuming these are replacements in case we have to use Dmo/Jones in a trade for a bigger name? Otherwise, why get another PF -- Boozer prolly wouldn't get any PT on this team if Capela and Dmo man most of the backup 4/5 and Tjones stays.
I don't think he's worthless. I could see him as a third string PF/C. If we make a big trade and lose some of our bigs, I can see where he could be a cheap end of bench veteran.
