Where were these cucks last season with this bullshit? http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/22942252/cleveland-cavaliers-star-lebron-james-vote-win-mvp-award
ESPN basically saying Lebron's entitled to MVP awards lmao You can't be the best player if you don't have the best season. That literally means you weren't the best this season.
last week ESPN was saying should he be the UNANIMOUS MVP? lol I can't even imagine anyone else getting a 1st place vote.
Just look at it this way: they need clicks and Lebron even saying yesterday he'd vote for himself makes this story somewhat interesting for people
I didn't know that sportscasters and sports journalists voted for the MVP awards. Who knows what these guys might do? It's obvious that ESPN and guys like Bayless etc don't want Harden to be recognized as the MVP. Harden deserves the award. No one else comes close. He wants to be recognized as such, but the NBA championship ring is more important to him. Go Harden! Go Houston Rockets!
When steph curry won [despite having a capable team that could get ws without him] and not even being really a stat leader no one batted an eye
ESPN just has to try and keep this interesting to generate the clicks Everything they report is towards clicks and $$$
I posted the same link on another thread... To have a conversation about it, yeah they want to just give Lebron something to make sure he can make top-2 all-time list. He does NOT deserve the MVP. If he wants to prove me wrong, come to the West and average Harden's stats while keeping the team #1 in the league. For me, this is the ONLY WAY to prove himself. He has a subpar record on the season, in a subpar conference. I can't even say his stats are legitimate.
This is beyond absurd. I'm seriously considering an ESPN boycott, except for Rockets games. It's just incredible. They have no shame, none. They are a cheap network jerking their audience around with this bizarre crap for "ratings," and I don't think they're getting the ratings, either. I'm sick of it. **** ESPN!
Saw this yesterday. Where was this talk the last 2 years? Why now? Exactly who on the "jump crew" came up with this idea? Just another reason I want ESPN to completely fail and disintegrate into dust.
It's because Lebron is openly opposing Donald Trump and had a recent social justice battle back and forth with Fox News. Espn has a heavy liberal lean (cnn of sports) and now that Lebron is having a good month, espn sees the opportunity to further advance all that and raise Lebron's voice through a co mvp in 2018.
You'll rarely see Rockets or Harden on espn.com/nba's front page or at the top of any headline regardless of what we're doing. If we won a championship, they'd talk about why Lebron didn't instead. Look for yourself right now, it's ridiculous.
He loses in MIA, gets wimped blocked TWICE by Wade and the story is Lebron loves him some Lebron.....
