I don't think anyone can come to any conclusion until we see Yao return to the line-up. If anything, we'll just realize how critical t-mac is to this team.
This is a perfect example of lying / misleading with stats. They are pretty meaningless until you can put them into context like offensive or defensive efficiency, or adjusted +/-. The question should be what do the Rockets do with the 4-8 extra possessions?
