    In terms of climate and scenery for your buck, Utah is a beautiful state. Given the right opportunity I wouldn't regret if I had to live there again. Four great seasons.

    But if we're factoring in the Jazz - everything goes out the window.

    There are some major red flags with Kanter.

    He has always lacked discipline and concentration. He even admitted he didn't give effort some games. Do you really want a player like that on your team?

    Further, people see the points he is scoring and assume he is blossoming. In reality he has completely stopped defending. He is overall worse defensivelg than he is good offensively.
