Houston sends Moochie to Minnesota. Houston sends Collier/#1 to Cleveland. Houston sends #15/Drew obligation to Chicago. Minnesota sends Szczerbiak to Houston. Minnesota sends Marc Jackson to Chicago. Cleveland sends Miller to Chicago. Cleveland sends Mihm/#6 to Minnesota. Chicago sends Fizer to Cleveland. Chicago sends Crawford/#2 to Houston. Minnesota ends up with Moochie/Mihm/#6. Cleveland ends up with Fizer/Collier/#1 pick, which they use to draft JW. Chicago ends up with Miller/Jackson/#15/release from the Drew obligation. Houston ends up with Szczerbiak/Crawford/#2 pick, which we draft Ming with. Houston's new lineup could be: C: Ming/Cato/Willis PF: Taylor/Griffin/KT SF: Szczerbiak/Rice/T-Mo SG: Mobley/Torres or second round pick or mid-level exception (Redd or Devean George?) PG: Francis/Crawford/Brown Would you do it?
I answer thy challenge with proof that thee hast more than one dimension. http://bbs.clutchcity.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=35090 http://bbs.clutchcity.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33370 http://bbs.clutchcity.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33081 http://bbs.clutchcity.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=32732 http://bbs.clutchcity.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=32541 http://bbs.clutchcity.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=32424 http://bbs.clutchcity.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=32394 Dost thou surrender?
Which is not something that Wally can say!!! But I would do the deal I guess. He can't make us worse.
we would improve so i guess i cant turn down the deal. i would rather trade moT or kt instead of moochie, but the wolves may turn that down.
The main problem with your trade idea is that the Chinese will pull Yao from the draft if he is not drafted #1 overall....."He only go #1, no #2"
Hottoddie, you really think Chicago would do this? It would make them a better team (imho), but Krause is so goofy and pr obsessed, I doubt it. A good trade for all three teams, congratulations!
That's crazy but here's something that could possibly happen. The Rockets could swap picks with Golden State while acquiring Antawn Jamison and something else(picks or player) and ridding of Mo Taylor's contract. Golden State would then surely draft Jay Williams number one. At #2, Chicago would probably take Mike Dunleavy because they would have no need for Ming, already having two 7 footers in Curry and Chandler. The Rockets then select Yao Ming at 3rd overall while picking up a solid overpaid player(Jamison) for a mediocre overpaid player(Taylor).
have there ever been any 4 way trades? just wondering... The issue of Ming going #1, if it REALLY is a problem, could be easily solved by contract, in which Houston agrees not to draft JWil #1, guaranteeing Cleveland gets Williams, so Houston could still keep the #1, and accomplish the same thing, in reality.
