The fact Harden damn near blew the game with an ill-advised contested 3pt attempt with 15 seconds left while up by 1.

Enough with the hero ball, Harden. This wont work in the playoffs.

Don't let one poor shot choice distract you from the fact that Harden carried the Rockets down the stretch, we would have been blown out by 10+ if it wasn't for his scoring and creating.

    Lock it up ban OP

There are places to be critical .

Starting your own thread to say this is idiotic and shouldn't be rewarded .

He has literally done this for the last 3 seasons, just doesn’t know when to call it quits

One poor shot selection very well could have ended in an L for us and CF would be melting down because of it.

Don't let your homerism get in the way of being critical. That was a terrible decision and it could've costed the game.

Don't let this post distract you from the fact that we just beat the Warriors on their home court to open the season.

I will critize Harden when necessary, he CARRIED the team down the stretch to win the game, we would have been blown out by 10+ points if not for his scoring and creating. That isn't homerism speaking.

You'd be the first on Hardens jock had we lost.

Nah I agree with you OP

terrible shot selection down the stretch when he should've drove since they had no draymond in the paint + foul trouble. MDA needs to do a better job with sets down the stretch. tired of the ISOs under 2 min. hopefully paul being healthy will change all that offense under 2 min

but yes, he was also phenomenal besides those moments so we should give props to that as well.

I dont give a damn what he did to put us in that situation. We all know that. We all watched. Game on the line, up by one, it doesnt matter how you got there. Its how you finish it. We were one millisecond away from blowing that game, literally.

Well that's dumb, he put us into a position to win the game, and we did.

I understand he should have driven on Curry, but he won us the game.

    Exactly.

Nobody is denying how great Harden was for the first 47:45. Hero ball against the greatest team ever is a death wish.

I didnt like the shot either, but he made up for on defense on the final possession. That close out on Durant forced Durant to pump fake and caused the shot to come off late.

Harden also contested KD's last shot, causing him to delay his release.
