Do you have to contribute a certain amount of money to receive Contributing Member status?

    I don't want to seem like a jerk or a spendthrift or anything, but I'm working on an Arkansas teacher salary over here. A while back I donated $5 or $10 or $20 (I honestly can't remember the exact amount, but it wasn't significant). I waited a while, but still my member status hasn't changed.

    I was wondering if there is something else I have to do to get my status changed. I followed all the instructions while contributing.

    No, I don't think a certain amount is required. If it's been a month or longer, perhaps I would send a friendly e-mail (reminder).

    I have the same problem, never wanted to start a thread or email clutch about it cause I didn't want to come off as an a-hole. Just hoped clutch would eventually get around to it. I donated 10$ about 2 years ago & I donated 25$ last week.

    Just wana be able to edit posts :/
