He needs to dominate the D League before he can step up to the big time.

He looks good there, but that photo is from 3 years ago. As far as I know, he didn't play summer league and the last contract he signed (via RealGM) was in 2014 meaning he either played in Turkey last year or sat out for the season. He may be done unless he's one of those cats that works himself so hard that he's just the last one left.

Edit: Did some more digging and he's been playing in Italy for the last year. His per 36 numbers are good, 20.5 and 11.4 but I'm not sure how well Italian numbers translate. He's only playing 20 mpg, so either the coach doesn't like him or there's some fairness thing going on. I say this because he's in the highest league, averages the most points, most rebounds and he's 6th in minutes while playing in 29/30 of their games. Who knows what's going on, but I'm sure being on a team has kept him in relative shape.

OP, why did you bring him up? Did you see him play somewhere?

Nah, that's normal. Euro league guys generally don't play much more than 25mpg. Usually if a guy averages 30mpg, he leads the league. I think 20mpg is normal for a big over there.

I watched him play in high school, he was just bigger than everyone.
